HISTORY
The Blair Theatre is a newly renovated, state of the art Movie Theater.  Originally built in 1928, which housed 720 seats. The Blair stopped showing movies and closed its doors in the late 1990's.

The Blair Center for the Arts Foundation took over the building and through tax credits and donations from the Community, the main level of the theater have refurbished.  On November 8, 2008, the Blair Theater reopened with a total of 366 seats...208 seats on the main level and 158 seats in the balcony.

The Blair houses a state of the art digital projector and DTS sound making it one of the premier theaters in Kansas. It also hosts a wide variety of live performances, theatrical productions, concerts, meetings, and a host of others. Tours of The Blair Theatre are available upon request.
